Becoming a Certified State of Grace Document Facilitator or Trainer

The Center for the State of Grace Document is committed to spreading the State of Grace Document concept throughout the world. Our vision of creating healthier, more resilient and collaborative communities begins with individuals and organizations building strong relationship foundations.

Certified State of Grace Document Facilitators and Trainers play an integral role in this vision. If you are passionate about creating healthier, more resilient and collaborative communities, consider becoming a Certified Facilitator or Trainer.

There are Two Certification Levels:

Level 1. Certified Facilitators
Certified Facilitators are able to facilitate State of Grace Document Use & Creation Workshops in person and/or online working with individuals, groups or entire organizations.
Cost: $3000, Early registration $2700

Level 2. Certified Trainers
Certified Trainers have completed Facilitation Certification and move deeper into the process, enabling them to train others to become Facilitators.
Cost: $1500, Early registration $1250

Our goals for the certification process are:
1. To ensure that people around the world are taught the State of Grace Document concept in a manner that preserves its integrity and spirit.
2. To create a community of people who are passionate about creating new foundations for more effortless relationships in all environments.

We have begun State of Grace Document Certification Training Programs for those who want to Facilitate workshops as well as for Trainers who would like to pursue teaching others to become Facilitators. These courses are offered in person and online.

The training will be spread over 6-8 months, but the majority of time in class will be in the first 5 weeks. After that you have more leeway to create your own schedule. The 6-8 month Course consists of a combination of group learning sessions, individual and peer work, and practical applications of the State of Grace Document. The course culminates in your delivery of a State of Grace Document Creation and Use Workshop.

Once you complete the Facilitator Certification you will:
• Be awarded Certification as a State of Grace Document Facilitator with license to use the State of Grace Document concept and training to teach others how to design and build State of Grace Documents as part of your business
• Receive a certificate to place on your website and other marketing materials and a link from the State of Grace Document website to your website
• Become eligible for business referrals from the Center for the State of Grace Document
• Gain access to materials to deliver State of Grace Document Workshops
• Becoming a State of Grace Document Facilitator will enable you to enhance your current business model or to begin a consulting business with the State of Grace Document as your foundation.

Your Business Offering can include:
1. Open to the public workshops
2. Client specific workshops/consulting to businesses, organizations, non-profits, communities, schools, etc.
3. Couples, Families and Personal relationship coaching around the State of Grace Document
4. Individual and Group Coaching to create, merge and use State of Grace Documents
5. Combine the concept with other tools you currently use with clients
6. Earn commission from State of Grace Document materials that you sell yourself
— You will have the ability to set your own workshop and consulting fees, this is not something we will regulate.

Cost for the State of Grace Document Facilitator Certification Training Course is $3,000 USD. ($2700 if you register before September 19th.)
Once you become a Facilitator, 10% of your net earnings on State of Grace Document work is to be paid into to the Center for the State of Grace Document.

For this Facilitator Training Course we will accept a maximum of 10 students. If you're not able to take the course this October we plan to offer the training again starting in 2011.

Phase 1:

Covering the State of Grace Document Creation and Use Workshop Content (core knowledge used to create Documents for your own relationships)

• October 18, 2010 ~ Class 1 - 3 hrs
• October 29, 2010 ~ Class 2 - 3 hrs
• November 5, 2010 ~ Class 3 - 3 hrs
• November 10, 2010 ~ Class 4 - 3 hrs
• Individual and Peer Work:
• Assignments between sessions

~ NOTE ~ If you've completed a State of Grace Document Creation and Use Workshop before (our 2-day Workshop) you won't need to attend the first 3 sessions, and we'd love to have you join us if you want a re-fresher of the material.

Phase 2:
• Group Learning Sessions:
Explore what is behind the State of Grace Document and how to teach the concept
• November 16, 2010 ~ Class 5 - 3 hrs
• November 19, 2010 ~ Class 6 - 4 hrs
• Individual and Peer Work:
• Create a State of Grace Document with Yourself

Phase 3:
• Group Learning Session:
Explore tools to address individual stresses prior to using the State of Grace Document
• January 17, 2011 ~ Class 7 - 3 hrs
• Individual and Peer Work:
• Time to create 4 State of Grace Documents
• Individually scheduled Merge & Review Sessions with trainer(s) and peers

Phase 4:
• Group Learning Session:
Discuss progress and learnings of the training to this point
• April 6, 2011 ~ Class 8 - 3 hrs
• Individual and Peer Work:
Personal Sessions with Trainer(s) to review progress
• Scheduled with Trainer(s) ~ Classes 9, 10
• Video Delivery of the Introduction to the State of Grace Document Creation and Use Workshop for review
